2. Made-to-Order Policy

Be Unlabelled follows a made-to-order slow fashion model.

Every garment is individually crafted after your order has been confirmed.

As a result:

  • Production begins only after successful payment.

  • Processing times may vary depending on order volume.

  • Small variations in handcrafted garments may naturally occur and are part of the uniqueness of slow fashion.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

  • Handcrafted fabrics may have slight texture or weave variations.

  • Product measurements may vary marginally due to the handmade nature of our garments.

Be Unlabelled reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update prices or product information without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

We currently accept prepaid payments through secure payment gateways.

Be Unlabelled reserves the right to:

  • Cancel any order suspected to be fraudulent.

  • Refuse or limit orders at our discretion.

  • Cancel orders due to product unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

Payment information is securely handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your debit card, credit card, or banking details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All Be Unlabelled garments are made to order.

Our standard processing and dispatch timeline is 10–15 working days.

While we strive to dispatch every order within this timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Fabric availability

  • Courier partner delays

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are subject to the courier partner.

Free shipping is available across India unless otherwise specified.

6. Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

As every garment is made especially for you, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

Returns are not accepted.

Exchanges and refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The wrong size was sent due to our error.

  • The garment has a verified manufacturing defect or damage.

All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and must include:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs

  • A complete unboxing video

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

7. Custom Orders

Custom-sized garments are created specifically according to the measurements provided by the customer.

As these garments are uniquely made:

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.

  • Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements submitted are accurate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Be Unlabelled website—including but not limited to:

  • Brand name
  • Logo
  • Product designs
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Graphics
  • Website content
  • Product descriptions
  • Text

is the intellectual property of Be Unlabelled and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, courier services, or social media platforms.

Be Unlabelled is not responsible for:

  • The privacy practices of third-party websites.

  • Their content or policies.

  • Any transactions conducted outside our website.

Use of third-party services is at your own discretion.

While we make every effort to provide accurate information and uninterrupted service, Be Unlabelled cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruptions or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Unlabelled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Delay in deliveries caused by courier partners.

  • Temporary website downtime.

  • Customer misuse of products.

  • Incorrect information provided by customers.
